Apple, Date cookies with goji berries and coconut

A totally new recipe this week! So let me know what you think....

There are only 4 ingredients in this cookies.

- Dates - A good source of various vitamins and minerals, energy, sugar, and fiber. It also contain scalcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium,magnesium and zinc. They are also rich in protein and help with improving bone health, digestion and strengthens your nervous system.

- Pink lady apples - Extremely rich in important vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, flavanoids, and dietary fibre. May help reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease as well as aid weight loss.

- Goji berries - Contains a host of vitamins and minerals such as: vitamin C, fiberiron, vitamin A, zinc, antioxidants. They also help boost your immune system and provide flu protection. They can potential aid weight loss. Goji berries pack healthy food energy into small servings.

- Coconut to top them.

There are super simple and I'm not sure if you can actually call them cookies but they are nice and sweet so give you that kick if you need it!
