APPLE, BLUEBERRY and BRAN MUFFINS

These fruity muffins are amazing! Soft and moist but low in fat. They provide fibre, B vitamins and phosphorus as well as anti-oxidants from the blueberries.

They are also dairy free.

They contain:

white and wholemeal self raising flour

Oat Bran

Soft brown sugar

Fresh Blueberries

Chunky Apple Sauce

1 Egg and 2 egg whites

Almond Milk

The nutrition breakdown for each muffin:

Protein = 5g

Fat = 1g

Carbs = 30g

Dietary Fibre = 2.5g

Chloesterol = 17.g

Calories = 160 per muffin
