Right here we go, a little later than planned so apologies for that! But I think you will agree once you have read below that it will be worth the wait and the early wake up call on a Tuesday!

It quite brilliant!
Cacao Powder - contains high levels of antioxidants which absorb free radicals, helps to prevent cancer, a plant source of iron, a good source of magnesium and calcium and it is a good mood elevator and anti-depressant.
Almond butter - contains healthy fats and fibre, calcium, vitamin E and magnesium.
