I created STRONG BIRD FITNESS to do just that....help people to achieve their goals in fitness through personalised programmes, workouts, nutritional advice and mindful guidance too.
I have been where you are now, I have faced challenges, tried and failed but I also managed to break through my barriers to achieve my goals.
I worked through a lot of different methods before I found what worked.
Now I share them with my clients to help them achieve their goals.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS
I am a qualified personal trainer with a special interest in specific conditions which can be helped by exercise, such as back pain, arthritis, diabetes, stress and depression.
Over the last 4 years I have gained a wealth of experience training and working in my local gym as well as challenging myself to complete 5 OCR races, 5 run races and dropped her BF% by 10%
I have the following qualifications: Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Exercise Referral, Level 2 Fitness Instructor, TRX, Kettlebell Training, Circuit Training and Boxing for fitness.
